After 2 years being in OT,
I have lost touch with a lot of basic nursing skills.
Its frustrating but I'm re-capping back what I've learn in ITE slowly.
But there's only the minimal stuff that a year 1 can do.
So its pretty boring.
I love doing hypocount and IV but too bad cant touch those yet.
Its because we lie that we are fresh year 1 students,
that our ears are bleeding to hear such remarks like,
"You will always remember your first patient that die, sure one"
"Oh you all havent see yet patient deteriorate slowly, we have see severals"
"Go and do la the changing of pampers, then u can experience and see stools"
Alamak chill ah babe,
kita baru first week.
Slow and steady ah kan.
hehehe.
Those remarks from ITE year 1 students
can really make us laugh and roll our eyes at the same time.
Hehehe.
Oh well, darlings, dun worry
we have enuff experience and we already have our first patient died in
front of us and have done changing and turning countless counts.
And we already seen patients deteriorate slowly and collapse countless times.
Those remarks are really funny sometimes but all me and my friend
do is just nod and smile and the many many Oooohh ok.
Its not that we dun want to reveal but that is sooo not needed actually.
And we actually act that we dunno a lot of stuff. hee~
To lie during Ramadhan is such a sin!!! Sigh.
Sorry eh, bohong sunnat boleh tak?

But those ITE students are very helpful and fun.
Really glad to have them around.
Can you believe that we actually closer to the ITE students
rather than our own nyp group?
Its really weird.
